Forge Construction

Step One

Our approach is to sit down with you and work through the plan for your house or retail business construction. The meeting will consist of you, the client, an architect and a project manager that has been assigned to your construction project. In this meeting, we will discuss your project and what can be accomplished within your budget and timeframe. Once all details have been agreed on between you and our Project Manager, a contract will be signed to ensure that we complete the project to your wants.

Step Two

The next phase of your project will be given to our Construction Team. They will assess the materials and tools needed to complete your construction. Once the materials have been gathered, the Construction Manager will form a core team of workers to help build the project. The group of construction workers will then proceed to the lot or existing building for construction or renovation.

During this phase, the building will have its lot cleared and leveled for construction, the foundation will be poured and smoothed. Once the foundation is ready our team will begin to construct the main frame of the building based on the Project Architect's drawing.

Step Three

During the final phase of construction, the team of construction workers will be finalizing core constructon of your building. Once main 'frame' construction has been completed, our specialty teams will be brought in to work on smaller specific project such as electrical, plumbing and insulation. Once the specialty teams have completed their work, our inspection team will be brought in to ensure that all work was completed safe and secure. Any faults or errors in construction will be fixed immediately and the cost will be covered by Forge Construction, and will not be added to your budget, but ours. After the building has passed inspection by our teams, we will invite you to come and view the final project for your approval.
